Information we process
When you contact us or place an order, we may process information such as your name, company name, email address, telephone number, billing and delivery address, order details and correspondence. Payment providers process payment credentials under their own privacy terms; HerbKnife does not need to store your PayPal password or full payment-card credentials.
Why we use information
We use personal information to respond to enquiries, prepare quotations, process and deliver orders, provide service and warranty support, meet accounting and legal obligations, prevent abuse and maintain the security and operation of the website.
Service providers
We may share information only where needed with service providers involved in operating the store, including hosting, email, payment, accounting and delivery providers. They receive information necessary for their role. Information may also be disclosed where required by law.
International services
Some technology or payment providers may process information outside your country. Where required, the provider or data controller uses appropriate legal safeguards for international transfers.
Retention
We keep information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected and for applicable legal, accounting, tax, warranty, dispute-resolution and security requirements.
