Delivery times
We use fast carrier services, but transit time depends on destination, customs, public holidays and remote-area delivery. Tracking information is sent when available after dispatch.
International orders
Orders outside the European Union may be subject to import duties, taxes, customs charges or local fees. Unless stated otherwise, these charges are paid by the recipient.
Returns
If a statutory consumer right of withdrawal applies, contact sales@herbknife.com with your order number before returning equipment. Products should be returned complete and securely packed. Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Custom equipment
Machines, cutting configurations or components made or adapted to an individual specification may not qualify for the standard withdrawal procedure where applicable law provides an exclusion. We will identify this before manufacture where relevant.
Damage in transit
Please inspect your shipment after delivery. If the packaging or machine is damaged, photograph the packaging, shipping label and damage, then contact sales@herbknife.com as soon as possible. Keep the packaging until the carrier claim is resolved.
Heavy industrial equipment may require an individual freight quotation.
