General terms for purchases through the HerbKnife online store.

Scope
These terms apply to orders for HerbKnife machines, spare parts and accessories placed through the HerbKnife website unless separate written commercial terms are agreed for a quotation or individual order. Mandatory consumer rights under applicable law are not limited by these terms.
Products and intended use
HerbKnife equipment is sold as machinery for cutting and processing herbs, leaves, tea and other suitable botanical materials. Product descriptions, cutting sizes, capacity figures and photographs are provided to help select equipment. Actual output can vary with material type, moisture, preparation, operator technique and machine configuration.
Orders
Submitting checkout information or a payment request does not require us to accept an order where a product is unavailable, a price or technical error is evident, delivery cannot be arranged, or additional verification is reasonably required. When an order is accepted, the customer receives order or payment confirmation electronically.
Prices and payment
Prices are displayed in euros unless stated otherwise. Shipping is calculated separately where a standard shipping rate is available. Heavy or unusual shipments may require an individual freight quotation. Payment options shown during checkout may include third-party payment providers. Any taxes, VAT treatment or import charges are handled according to the destination and applicable law.
Delivery
The customer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and contact information. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed dates unless expressly agreed in writing. Risk, consumer delivery protections and ownership are governed by the applicable law and the agreed sale terms.
Inspection, service and warranty
Customers should use and maintain equipment according to the supplied instructions and contact HerbKnife if a technical problem occurs. Commercial warranty statements, where provided with a product or quotation, operate in addition to rights that cannot legally be excluded. Damage caused by misuse, unsuitable material, unauthorised modification or normal wear may fall outside a voluntary warranty.
Returns and withdrawal
Return and consumer withdrawal information is provided on the Shipping & Returns page. Any statutory right of withdrawal applies according to applicable consumer law. Special rules may apply to equipment manufactured or adapted to an individual specification.
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, HerbKnife is not responsible for indirect business losses arising from improper use of equipment, processing unsuitable material, unauthorised alterations or failure to follow operating and safety instructions.
