HerbKnife equipment is intended for processing herbs, leaves and dried botanical materials such as tea leaves, mint and lemongrass. Choose a machine according to the condition of the material, required cutting size and expected production volume.
Recommended material moisture: 14–20%
Material that is too dry can be lightly steamed or moistened. Allow it to stabilize before cutting so the moisture is distributed evenly throughout the material.
