ERS100 Fine Cut is the stainless RS100 Fine Cut concept with an integrated electric motor. Designed for regular processing where repeatable cutting, easier operation and higher throughput are more important than manual control.
HerbKnife equipment is intended for processing herbs, leaves and dried botanical materials such as tea leaves, mint and lemongrass. Choose a machine according to the condition of the material, required cutting size and expected production volume.
Recommended material moisture: 14–20%
Material that is too dry can be lightly steamed or moistened. Allow it to stabilize before cutting so the moisture is distributed evenly throughout the material.
